Ltd. would like to use to Support will be to provide a team on-site. The VNS will
be equipped to Provide in house support for all Hardware and Desktop operating system
related Problems. The team will maintain the requisite Documentation to monitor
and control The hardware inventory, Spare movement Service history (logbook) for
the installed Systems.

for maintaining all Software & Web Application. VNS will create a dedicated
team of facility management team who will be committed to resolving any software
related issue. Since this team will be available onsite, the complaints will be
attended to at the earliest. Each phase of Software & Web Application will be
implemented with a life time warranty. Visual Net Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. will be responsible
for any bug fixes that may arise during the operation.
